About Us
Our Background
911 Power Wash is owned and operated by a retired fire captain. He has 30 years of experience as a first responder paired with extensive knowledge on the principles of water application. His experience has allowed him to Pressure Wash; residential, commercial, industrial, military ships, parking structures and military aircraft. He has passed on those experiences and training methods to his employees.
The owner also previously owned and was a certified home inspector. This means that you can feel comfortable knowing that a certified home inspector will be up on your roof, inspecting and looking for any defects or damage prior to cleaning your roof. Any signs of defects or damage noted will be brought to the home owners attention immediately.
We are very pleased with the final results of having our roof power-washed. Our home is about 20 years old and our roof looks brand new again! We know getting all that residue and algae off the tile roof will make sure our roof lasts at least another 20 years!! Thank you 911 Power Wash.

I want to thank Mr. Orozco for the prompt service he provided in a delicate time as we needed to quickly prepare our home to show well on the realty market. We had damage to our brand new concrete from lacquered posts splashing residue from above during heavy rains. Anyway, he came through perfectly, and it was so fast; while my efforts lasting a few hours using a consumer level power sprayer did nothing for the apparently deep nasty stains in the most prominent spot of our driveway. Getting services from people who actually care and provide what they promise is rare these days so we are indeed grateful..

In the event that the stains cannot come out with hot water, biodegradable chemicals will be used. We at 911 power wash are environmentally friendly.
